Client – Landbeach Parochial Church Council
Date of Completion - 2001
All Saints is a Grade I listed church, largely 14th Century with 15th Century alterations, though there is evidence of Norman origin.
The project work divided into three main sections. Firstly there were several areas of stonework and plaster suffering from damp and salt damage that required specialist conservation. Conservation of stonework, joinery items and a small area of medieval wall painting was also required. Secondly, miscellaneous alterations - redecorations, repairs to roofs, walls, glazing, external render, floors and overhaul of the rainwater goods system - were carried out. Thirdly, the Quinquennial Report highlighted the need for alterations to improve access to the Tower and Spire and to upgrade the lightning protection system to the whole Church.
