Beata Zygarlowska

Beata studied architecture at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and then at the Bartlett in London. She has a Master of Arts in Architecture and an MPhil in Environmental Design from Cambridge University. Before her career change to architecture, Beata trained as a visual artist in Denmark where she practised in the fields of art and design. She then worked in architects’ offices in Copenhagen and London before joining Freeland Rees Roberts Architects in 2004.

Beata has been project architect for many projects at Freeland Rees Roberts including the refurbishment of the Front Court and the Porters’ Lodge for Trinity Hall, a new Porters’ Lodge for Clare Hall and Queens’ College, and barn conversions at Childerley Hall and Hoo Barn, Buckden. She has also been a project architect for the New House in West Chesterton, Cambridge.
