Joanne Hobohm

Joanne studied architecture at the University of Cambridge, graduating in 1993 and gained her Diploma, whilst working part time, through the University of Greenwich. She has over 10 years’ experience designing, detailing and running a wide variety of architectural projects in London, Cambridge, Malaysia and Hong Kong.  She also spent 4 years as a freelance art director for film and television specialising in period dramas.  She joined Freeland Rees Roberts in 2004 and lead Freeland Rees Roberts’ team for the extension and refurbishment the Architecture Faculty in Cambridge.  She is a skilled designer with up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and modern building materials.  She has a good rapport with contractors on site and manages the administration of a project efficiently.  Her most recent project, a £2m refurbishment and extension of a Victorian villa in Cambridge, is nearing completion.
