Melanie Hey

Melanie studied architecture at Cambridge and Bath, working with Feilden Clegg Design in Bath before moving to Canada and later France.  She joined Freeland Rees Roberts Architects in 2007.  Since then she has been mainly involved with the conservation and repair of listed churches in Great Eversden, Horningsea, Swaffham Bulbeck and Barley as well as domestic projects in conservation areas. Particular interests include building sustainably, designing places that work for all stages of life and creating external spaces that enhance the experience of a building and its landscape.
