Tristan Rees Roberts
MA(Cantab) Dip Arch RIBATristan is an architect and a painter from a family of artists. He studied architecture at Cambridge University and qualified in 1973. Having travelled and worked as an architect in India, he joined Powell & Moya in London and gained experience on a number of large projects. He returned to Cambridge in 1975 to work with David Roberts and then with Whitworth & Hall. His work includes many projects with Cambridge colleges and the university. He has recently completed a major new courtyard development for Magdalene College, renovation and extension of the Folk Museum, and an extension to the Department of Architecture. Award winning projects include Trinity Hall library, Pembroke library and three new public convenience buildings for Cambridge City Council. He is currently working on a new entrance to Queens College and alterations to the University headquarters at Old Schools and the creation of a church space for the Cambridge University Catholic Association at Fisher House.
