How to transform your home and increase its value

Freeland Rees Roberts has shared with a Telegraph journalist an architectural solution, and one that is gaining in popularity, to the problem of a buyer, having found the perfect neighbourhood in which to live, found for sale there a house of the right size, perfectly located, but then being totally put off by its external appearance. Several house buyers have found the answer: to buy the house then have a completely new exterior designed by an architect sympathetic both to their aesthetic needs and to the position of the house in relation to its surroundings.
