This late 19th century house had been used as offices for over 50 years when we were approached to help the new owners convert it back into a family home. A building is of local historic interest situated in a conservation area with a group tree preservation order on all trees on the property, we obtained planning permission to remove 20th century additions from the back of the house and build a large open plan kitchen/garden room extension. Internal alterations include the insertion of three new bathrooms and enlarging the sitting room and master bedroom.

All external walls, floors and roof were thermally upgraded and the services design included underfloor heating, air heat exchangers and solar panels.
